Cancelling a subscription

If you no longer want to keep paying to use a plugin, you can cancel your subscription in your account – once cancelled, the subscription won’t renew automatically.

Danger

For some plugins (e.g. Kybernaut Mailstep), cancelling your subscription can mean a significant loss of functionality, since they’re billed as SaaS (Software as a Service) in exchange for the option of choosing a monthly subscription.

1. Log in to your account at https://users.freemius.com/ (more in the help here).
2. Go to the Renewals & Billing section.
3. Select the license you want to cancel and click Cancel Auto-Renew.
