If you no longer want to pay for the plugin, you can cancel your subscription in your account – after cancellation, your subscription will not be automatically renewed.
Cancellation of subscriptions can mean a significant reduction in functionality for some plugins (e.g. Kybernaut Mailstep) if they are billed as SasS (Software as a Service) in exchange for being able to choose a monthly subscription.
- Log in to your account at https://users.freemius.com/ (more in the help section here)
- Go to Renewals & Billing
- Select the license you want to cancel and click CancelAuto-Renew.
