You can find this in <strong>WooCommerce \/ Settings \/ Mailstep<\/strong>, about halfway through the <strong>Send to Mailstep<\/strong> settings.  <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"874\" height=\"170\" src=\"https:\/\/help.kybernaut.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/odeslat_do_mailstepu.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-167\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.kybernaut.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/odeslat_do_mailstepu.png 874w, https:\/\/help.kybernaut.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/odeslat_do_mailstepu-300x58.png 300w, https:\/\/help.kybernaut.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/odeslat_do_mailstepu-768x149.png 768w, https:\/\/help.kybernaut.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/odeslat_do_mailstepu-50x10.png 50w, https:\/\/help.kybernaut.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/odeslat_do_mailstepu-60x12.png 60w, https:\/\/help.kybernaut.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/odeslat_do_mailstepu-100x19.png 100w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 874px) 100vw, 874px\" \/><figcaption>Order status for shipment to Mailstep<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n<p>If this status is active for the order, set another one there and then change it to the status for sending to Mailstep.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-alert\">But remember that if you have it set to <strong>Processed<\/strong>, WooCommerce sends an email to the customer when it is sent. If you set it up a second time, it sends the email a second time.<\/p>\n\n<p>But the problem described above has a rather prosaic solution:  <\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Select the <strong>Mailstep &#8211; Paid<\/strong> option in the <strong>Send to Mailstep<\/strong> settings, save the settings. You most likely do not have any email sending set up for this state.<\/li><li>In the order overview, set the orders you want to send to Mailstep to this status &#8211; the orders will be sent immediately.<\/li><li>In the <strong>Send to Mailstep<\/strong> settings, revert back to the state you had before.<\/li><\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Do you need to send old orders to Mailstep or did the sending fail?
